What is the meaning of music ministry and why do I choose to do it? I have been singing for God for as long as I can remember. I enjoy all types of music especially Josh Groban;however, no music can add up to the music of God. When I took a course in music and it's meaning, especially for movies and operas I understood the fragment of notes and their combination as you start off with soft piano, a touch of drums and and guitar and as you get to the chorus it picks up and it makes a rythem, a beautiful rythem. In my own oppinion the lyrics in a song is what is most imporatnt to me, even in instrumental you can feel the lyrics in that song. Singing for God is more than what I have described to you, it's a spirtual release, it's prayer, it's communication with God. I am not into concerts because people scream for the person singing, now if Jesus was singing on the stage ok that's a new story. I want to feel the passion, the praise, the worship, the grace of God and that is why I chose music for God. God's music is my medicine, the reason for that is because I really concentrate on the lyrics and what God is telling me through those words. I always tell people in music ministry to show God their prayer and not their talent.
